Another owner of the Revics here. I've used them all this spring/summer/fall since I got them. They replaced my Kowa + Leica rangerfinder combo. Even took them early-season sheep hunting to see how they did.
Summary: Love/hate.
I really like the all-in-one package (Assuming it holds up and doesn't need warranty work.) And 100% it's the best setup for "Killing": Spot, range, dial, shoot. No back and forth between tools etc.
I was underwhelmed when it came to actual glassing. They are heavy to pack. The glass is mid-range. Using them for long glassing sessions seems to fatigue my eyes more. (I realize this is incredibly subjective.)
I guess a guy could run "Spotting glass" with your Alpha-tier bino's and spotting scope carried in a backpack, and your "Killing Glass" in your bino harness, and have the best of everything. But that game starts to get really expensive, and heavy.
But, it's really hard to get away from the efficiency of the "Spot, Range, Dial, Shoot" process. It's night and day different in terms of speed and motor memory. But, I may switch back to the Kowas for the rest of this year, and live with the inefficiency, with the intention of prioritizing "Spotting" over "Quick shooting." This could also blow up in my face.
I wouldn't say I have buyer's remorse. More-so along the lines of "I bought a really, really, good specialty tool, that works perfectly for the job needed. But it only does that one thing well." This may be a pro or a con, depending on what you're looking for.
