Bottom line you will always give up something when u go to a quilt. Meaning they r great until it’s cold. Once it’s in the 20s and below u will always let cold air in when u move. I have used extra wide Katabatic and still get a draft when I move with their attachment system. Note: I am not saying i get drafts, I am saying I get a draft when I move or toss. For me a 64” circumference sleeping bag far out weights a quilt. Also u state you r in the 34oz range. Dude just get a western mountaineering, feathered friends, Argali, or stone glacier sleeping bag. Same weight and in a Argali you save weight and you don’t have to worry about a pad attachment systems when ur cold and tired in the middle of the night. I love quilts, but only above 25 degrees.
