Gonna be some ticked off outfitters in the wilderness areas starting this year. They cut the tags for NR in the wilderness hunts down to 13 for unit 26, and 51 for 27.

I have no doubt outfitters pushed for it to limit diy hunters in the Frank after all they get thier own tag quota
