FWP and the game agencies of other western states should have been obligated to notify NR applicants of the dismal state of affairs at checkout. FWP definitely knew before April 1. I wish it weren't so and I feel for people spending money and traveling, but it's going to be ugly in a lot of places.

I just looked at my FWP site and it says Pending. Does that mean they drew and were waiting on the results of the draw? Or do they switch status to pending once its the week of the draw?
