Applying as a group absolutely hurts your odds in NM.
Welp noted for next year I guess. Had a buddy that hadn’t hunted out west before and wanted to go. Maybe better off to take turns putting in, hunt together with one shooter, then split the meat

I just drew a unit 10 late archery tag. Research is going to start now. Any tips from people who have experience out there as this is my first time drawing in New Mexico would be appreciated. Gonna start planning some scouting trips.

2 man party. Odds were hurt only for the very last tag in the quota. As NM won’t exceed quota for group.

Otherwise, group odds exactly the same.
Well... If one less tag is available on an already tight NR allocation, then the odds are not exactly the same.
