New Mexico 2023 Draw Thread

Hoping they are efficient and early this year. I don't have any intel, but I am hoping before the 20th. That way I don't inadvertently apply too early in Utah for points only when I wished I had applied for tags. Because of tag over- saturation.

I told all my buddies yesterday that my card got hit from NMDGF, the scramble for their phones was hilarious. I probably won’t draw a tag at all now.

I don't see that I have a hunting license? I am a disabled veteran and I think I paid the $10 fee, but I don't see it anywhere?

Can’t edit a NM application. Can delete the application and reapply but all that needs to be done before the deadline.

Right, I figured that but I didn't know if anyone has ever tried calling fish and game and amending their application.

One day I’ll put in for New Mexico! Wish they didn’t take your money upfront though! Currently have points in CO, UT, NV, MT and AZ. Should draw some epic tags in the next few years!

It's now the most anticipated day of the year! I'm hoping the wife draws something this year, she's a little mad she hasn't drawn a tag yet. In the last four years, me and my son have drawn elk, I've got a mule deer and my daughter has had oryx. We have 25 apps in this year so hopefully, we should get something.

You can apply for Utah ahead of time, then modify if needed. From UT reg book:
