Look at "smart carry". I have no issues when wearing sweat paints, shorts, trunks or no belt. Works great if you ask me.

I can't believe how many people are owning upto wearing sweat pants or gym shorts.

I have one pair of gym shorts, few sweatpants and I think they only get worn 1/2 hr before bed or a few times on vacation.

I just learned to dress for the day, I get up and get ready for whatever the day brings, even if I don't think it's supposed to be anything. Gym shorts and sweat pants just don't fit into that, or sandals.

I like my Hill People Gear runner's chest bag. Very comfortable with multiple pockets, wear it jogging and hiking all the time, and big enough to carry a SW 629 .44 mag or smaller.

But sometimes when just running errands in a safe neighborhood I just carry a lightweight .38 LCR in my pocket, it is less than one pound fully loaded and totally conceals with no printing when in a soft squarish pocket holster, even in gym shorts.

Another option to consider, which I do on hot days when I want to wear a tank tops and shorts and haven no bag strapped to me, but carry something full size, is to order a very long tank top (or T-shirt) from Amazon, get a big and tall size a couple sizes larger than your own size. Then you can easily wear a belt with a full size strapped on the belt and even stay concealed if you lift your arms straight up.

Practice drawing with snap caps with whatever holster(s) you go for, you need the muscle memory for when an urgent situation suddenly arises

Anytime I see a dude with a fanny pack, shoulder bag, sling pack, murse, messenger bag, etc, I just figure they're carrying ....so it's not that sneaky....

Carry on!!
I took a pistol training class with an instructor who had a fanny pack for concealed carry. He had a little kid in line at Walmart ask him what kind of gun he had?

@fngTony?

I don't know the mods very well, having only been threatened with banishment once (so far), and that was more like torture with comfy pillows ...

I have gotten my points.

Just gotta choose your words.

From a point without a gun to my head, I find them pretty fair around here, sometimes a little sensitive, but they can have a sense of humor too.

I can’t think of anything worse than having to get dressed up every day. I did the suit deal for 10 years and the slacks and polo for 5. No thanks.

You really think you can make it away from the Denver Horde in Flip Flops?

Where TF did I say get dressed up?
1. I don’t go to Denver. EVER! Last time I was there I told my wife never again.

2. Anything more than shorts and flip flops is dressing up! 😜
