Google is not well-regarded in the valley from a “big brother” perspective, but I have to say that their treasury team was one of the most professional and decent I worked with. Lots of very smart people and they treated their external partners well even though they could have thrown their weight around and been demanding a-holes.

Point taken, but I know a lot of very -- and VERY-- smart people who can't represent themselves well in public.

Their cartoon t-shirts and full-sleeve paint obscures their brains.

Neck tattoos kill the deal.

Unless they're talking to another basement dweller in a cartoon t-shirt ... ;)

I get you on the neck tattoos, but will see you and raise you a face tattoo. They don’t make turtlenecks that go up high enough. The first time I saw a 20-something coder chick with flowers tattooed around her eyebrows I initially thought she must be a meth fiend.
