Try an apple about 10 mins before you start warming up.......honestly......amazing the 'bump' you get from that.......eat both peeling and flesh.

If you take supplements on a regular basis, then I feel there is nothing wrong with trying out the products and supporting a company that caters to the hunter. MTN OPS is part of the 2% for conservation so they are giving back in support of wildlife conservation; that benefits me personally compared to what GNC or other companies do with their profits. I've tried and used numerous brands of supplements over the years and so far I've been happy with MTN OPS ammo. I haven't taken pre-workout in years due to how jittery they made me feel, but I recently tried Yeti and was pleasantly surprised in that it gave me solid energy without the side effects of previous options I've tried.
