My friend Steve had started making this bow and he started having shoulder problems before he got it finished. He gave me this bow before retiring and moving out of Alaska. All I had to do is finish the arrow shelf , thin the limb tips and put a finish on the bow . 66" HONEY Locust wood 65#@28 ...... sweet shooting bow , super quiet , smooth and no hand shock . I have yet to take a big game animal with it (lots of grouse) but hopefully this year a bear and/or moose
He also has HH Cheetah that is probably one of the best looking bows that I've ever seen , the juniper in that bow is absolutely perfect!!!! And shoots great !!
I have no problems with Hill style bows , I just palm them good , a firm grip and they shoot great for me .
