The thing that I found frustrating was his fixation on the .223, he did talk about Steve and his 6 creed, but it seemed like most of it was directed at the .223. Meanwhile Form has recommended up to a 6.5 CM (and even a braked or suppressed 6.5 PRC if I remember right). He’s not even saying you SHOULD use them, just that they are more effective than most might have thought and you will shoot better with less recoil but JVB fails to acknowledged any of that.

I can't help but find some sort of irony in that JVB was on Exo's podcast years ago and now that his ideas have fallen out of favor, he's shit talking them.

After listening to part of the second episode I absolutely believe this was because his pride/ego was hurt by exo having another “expert” on that wasn’t him. The second episode is a disgusting ego stroke to make himself feel special.

His definition of Fudd isnt exactly what I think it means now. I think of it more as someone just stuck in old ways and struggling because of them. But I appreciate his calling out older members of the gun industry that sold us out. Desert Dogs delivery isnt exactly hollywood, but he doesnt seem owned by anyone or catering. Get over the delivery and its a decent way to spend 20 minutes every once in a while. Way better than the other guy I wont speak his name.
