Finished off the dregs last night with the last of the braciole left in the freezer & some angel hair pasta. Had an appetizer first; take a guess at what it is.

Quick & Easy Tues. -- A burger on a bolillo roll with fried onions & jalapenos, plus sides...

Weds,. night fare was old fashion pot roast with wide egg noodles, baby carrot gravy & a side of corn.

Had to sample a piece first to make sure it was worthy of a photo. My side -- sausage, onions, mushrooms; my bride's side, minus sausage.

Used the leftovers from fried chicken night to create chicken salad sandwiches with added sides.
