Eggs are expensive. Have you changed your breakfast because of it? What are you eating?

Wow. You’re serious aren’t you? I scrolled back through and the pics of “turtle eggs” were deleted.

We have to ban plastic straws. They’re killers.

I can’t believe anyone would think those were real eggs? Hilarious. Anyone that’s ate turtle eggs knows the yokes are not yellow…

I love that painting. Wonder how many RR’s will hit that “report” button…

Eggs have been expensive in ask for a long time. Funny thing is, last time I payed attention at Costco 2-3 weeks ago they were under 10 bucks for two dozen, which is about what it seems like they’ve been for a while now. I didn’t look this week when I grabbed them, but didn’t see anyone fainting in that part of the store. I’ll probably continue to not care too much.

3-4 eggs daily with either bacon, ham, scrapple, spam, or sausage. We've had 7-8 chickens for almost 10 years. They lay enough for us plus I sell a few dozen.

Wow, I do get some eggs from a guy at work, but here, at the local Cash Saver grocery, freaking eggs haven went from 2.75 a dozen to 10.00....and I eat 3 a day lol now these are for Jumbo size, I just like that size for boiling.

Not significant enough to impact my budget. Still a pretty cheap protein in my opinion.
I can buy a lot of eggs for the price of many things I blow money on like eating out.
If anything I am just looking at the weekly adds from my grocery and developing my menu for the week based on what is bogo or at least on sale. But eggs, I will continue to have.

Whackadoodle Nevada legislature a few years back outlawed anything except “free range” eggs, which have chickens outside in huge moving pens in more contact with wild bird crap and more likely to be impacted. Recently that law was suspended. lol

I’m sure some chicken nuts cried that the pens would no longer be moving through pastures outside and now have a concrete floor again.
We're too close to CA.
