Diesel was down $0.22 this morning when I filled up. Fuel prices are the last of my worries right now.

many have forgotten what the constitution is and what the amendments are, or they just never learned. so we are doomed to repeat history.
This is definitely part of the problem. Nobody seems to know, understand, or even care about the Constitution or the BOR's until it suits their agenda. Make the Constitution, BOR's, morality, what's right, and what's best for the nation as a whole the agenda, and everything would flow the way it should.

The problem with every news organization. "Tonight's story is:" They all make up stories and tell you what you should think instead of just reporting facts and letting you make up your mind. They are all corrupt and peddle fear porn to get ratings. I don't trust any of them.

That fact are clear, when Trump was President, we were energy independent, and were the largest oil producer in the world.

Since dementia Joe took over, that changed, as well as refinery output, because he declared war on fossil fuels.

His policies directly effected energy prices across the board.

The deal is normally big oil would invest their excess profits in production and refining capacity.

They wont, because Biden has said he wants them shut down.

So who ever said it's not bidens policy is at best delusional, or pretty ignorant on the facts, or, has dementia like joe.

The prices have many factors that you can research. Is this administration oil friendly? No. Are the high prices all due to this administration? No. I just dont know why we cant all use the truth when talking about this stuff.
Truth.......here's U.S. output charts going back to 1983. They don't show us EVER being anywhere near 18 million barrels a day. Tops was 13M right before Covid, and was rising significantly from the 8.7M when Trump was elected in 2016.

There's no doubt that when "someone" runs on the platform of "bankrupting US oil companies"........and actually then gets in office.......then makes first day in office major shifts in our energy policies........that oil futures are going to go up.........and they did. Alone, that was enough to raise prices, but then you throw in worldwide events that also raise futures, and here we are. It's not rocket science.

And hicountry was right on most accounts..........and oil companies are not and will not invest in future growth when that anti-petroleum sentiment still exists.

If we are producing so much oil then why did we just drain our strategic oil reserves?

Good article.

But lets go back to my post about your post. "That fact are clear, when Trump was President, we were energy independent, and were the largest oil producer in the world. Since dementia Joe took over, that changed..." Are you man enough to change your statement that it has changed? Or are you the type to just keep moving the goal posts?

Other sources do say about 11bpd which still puts us at #1 and still debunks what he stated about it changing.
