He doesn’t even have to lose. Just have the supremes not take it up. Then the lower court ruling stands. I expect that is what will happen. If they do take it up, expect it to be overturned.

Honestly I don’t see them taking it. They seem to be plenty busy currently. There has been plenty of people that thought the hunters would lose, but they just kept on winning….I like our chances.
