Anyone ever have this happen? I’ve had it happen a few times. I think carbon falls down from the suppressor and gets in the chamber. Then it’s hard to chamber a round. Anyway to avoid? Or just need to clean suppressor more often?

I give mine the smack test.Believe this happened to me on a deer hunt this year. Couldn't chamber a round. Luckily found a stick that was the appropriate shape to shove in the chamber and dislodge the carbon. I am not sure what the remedy is - clean the can more maybe?
I also do thisI give mine the smack test.
If I can take the suppressor off and smack carbon chunks out of it by hitting it or tapping it on a table, it’s time.
You just smacked the carbon chunks out........screw it back on.If I can take the suppressor off and smack carbon chunks out of it by hitting it or tapping it on a table, it’s time.

Same. Usually mine drops pieces onto the bolt face and then I knock it on the table a few times to knock the junk outI’ve had it happen- I just smack the can a couple of times and shake carbon out occasionally.
I’m unfamiliar with this “clean” word you use.Or just need to clean suppressor more often?
