Their service is non-existent. I’ve used them directly for past parts and builds, but am having a nightmare getting what I ordered 10/29 this year. Same experience recently as posted above…
Received a promo email about a contract overrun on 10/29/24; placed order same day for stripped upper, lower, and handguard in matching dark brown from the sale. Oddly, order showed parts marked as “BLEM”, even though they were just from the contract overrun sale.
Lower receiver didn’t ship till very end of November. Reached out via email (no response) as they split FFL lower versus upper/handguard that were to ship direct to me and still showed “processing” for the rest of my direct to me order after lower was sent. After multiple additional emails (no reply outside automated response that my request was received), waiting on hold (1hr + during business hours without answer), chat attempts (timed out and constantly 200+ in queue), instagram post (ironically, handled by their marketing area who said it will “eventually ship”), finally saw a fedex notification that my my upper receiver had shipped 12/18. Received upper today and it’s the wrong color. Not sure how to get ahold of them to resolve-sent another email to the black hole.
Would highly suggest not ordering anything direct from them until they get their stuff figured out. Maybe gotten too big fulfilling larger orders for vendors/suppliers.
