Ordered the smaller 3 port 1/2x28 EC Tuner brake today from Erik’s site. I exchanged one email with a guy named Clay and it’s been radio silence after I sent a couple follow up emails about my order.
Anyone dealt with them before? I talked to a guy today that said it took 3 weeks to get a response. I’m in business and I don’t understand how someone can have an online store and ghost customers. Seems like a quick way to fail.
