Aero Precision Customer Service

Does anyone know how to talk to a live customer support person at Aero Precision? Aero Precision charged my card two weeks ago for an order I placed by phone. I have not received my order, or verification of that order other than seeing a charge against my card. I have spent, literally, hours on hold with no answer and have waited over an hour for assistance via their online chat with no response. I have submitted multiple support tickets with no response.

Anyone have contact info that will get me to a real person?

Aditionally, in their support section they have a questions section. I hope this helps.

Someone did actually respond on Facebook Messenger. That was the only method I was able to get a response from.

I’m going through the same thing right now on a upper receiver they never shipped. Cannot get ahold of anyone and support tickets have not been answered. It’s been over 2 weeks now

I don't know if this has anything to do with your predicament, but after the assault weapons ban, they could no longer manufacture anything (other than for military and LEO) here in WA (Tacoma). I imagine they've had to set up new facilities out of state and that can take some time as they have to hire a bunch of new people also. There may be delays for all of the above but they should let you know. Prior to the AWB, I had no problems with their CS.

I've been reading elsewhere that their customer service has been awful. I've dealt with them before, pretty limited and my experience was great. Sounds like their CS fell off a cliff

That makes a lot of sense. I can't imagine any arms company not moving their business out of Washington. Staying there would be like commiting suicide.

I’m going through the same thing right now. I’ve not help whatsoever but they have time to send me marketing emails amd text multiple times a day. I’m about to dispute the charge if I can’t get ahold of anyone. Were you able to get your order shipped or ahold of someone?

I had an issue with an order. Opened a support ticket, never heard for a few days so i called. Was on hold for 45 min , then gave up. a couple weeks later the issue was resolved but never any communication. Checked all of my email folders also, just in case i missed it. Like someone above said they send out an email a day about specials and sales ,etc.

I'm waiting on an action I ordered a bit over a month ago. I see they dropped the action prices $100 from last month. I was going to cancel and reorder to save some $ but no response. I made it to #14 in their queue but was cutoff after an hour.

I did receive my action wrench, barrel, and chassis. I can't get ahold of them so they'll probably win in my attempt to save $100.

Their service is non-existent. I’ve used them directly for past parts and builds, but am having a nightmare getting what I ordered 10/29 this year. Same experience recently as posted above…

Received a promo email about a contract overrun on 10/29/24; placed order same day for stripped upper, lower, and handguard in matching dark brown from the sale. Oddly, order showed parts marked as “BLEM”, even though they were just from the contract overrun sale.

Lower receiver didn’t ship till very end of November. Reached out via email (no response) as they split FFL lower versus upper/handguard that were to ship direct to me and still showed “processing” for the rest of my direct to me order after lower was sent. After multiple additional emails (no reply outside automated response that my request was received), waiting on hold (1hr + during business hours without answer), chat attempts (timed out and constantly 200+ in queue), instagram post (ironically, handled by their marketing area who said it will “eventually ship”), finally saw a fedex notification that my my upper receiver had shipped 12/18. Received upper today and it’s the wrong color. Not sure how to get ahold of them to resolve-sent another email to the black hole.

Would highly suggest not ordering anything direct from them until they get their stuff figured out. Maybe gotten too big fulfilling larger orders for vendors/suppliers.

That’s the exact reason why I ended up not ordering with anodized color - they show some examples of variances I didn’t want to deal with.

Sorry they weren’t very helpful!

Their customer service sucks! I knew that when I ordered.
I ordered an overrun barrel. Never heard anything from them. My card was charged. Still never heard anything. Then it just showed up a few weeks later. I knew this was the case from reading on another forum.
My buddy ordered one at the same time. His order went exactly the same as mine. He freaked out after a week and tried to get ahold of them. Just like everyone else. He got no response. Then His barrel showed up about a month after he ordered.
The barrels were a great deal so I was not really concerned with the whole process. But if something is not a crazy good deal I will definitely not be ordering from them again.
