A government that does not do the will of the people

I am simply bewildered at what our Nation has become, and is becoming. My pop was a WWII Marine, and a good guy in general. I lost him this month in 2001. I miss him dearly, but it makes me so sad to wonder what he would think about the state of our country.

It seems like daily there are assaults on our freedoms. Our government is trying to make law abiding citizens felons via redefining rules and definitions in gun ownership laws. I have said for years, and I think I am right, that the bar is being constantly lowered to make it easier to become felons, because felons can't own firearms.

Are we at the point where we have no choice but accept the rampant corruption?

Is there anything we can actually do to turn it around?
