Hopefully this Wyoming wind will let up enough one day and I can shoot fixed blades out to 60. Usually miss this every year but would love to participate, thanks for organizing this for us all.

I added a beestinger 15" counter slide stab this year and switched from 100gr to 125gr points. Going with the sevr titanium 1.5 in 125gr for the challenge.

Wednesday was fairly unwindy but i used that to help my son with his new bow. Today gusts to 60. 😐

Need to hunt turkey tomorrow with my other son. 26mph. LOL

ETA: Blew over our garden shed. It's a big one and been there for 8? years. Gotta be 45 sustained, maybe more.

Can you do FP and broadheads in one entry or do you need to pick one or the other?
You'll need to choose either broadheads or field points as the rules do NOT allow for equipment/component changes for the duration of the challenge.

Note that you will gain an additional entry into the drawing if you shoot broadheads during the cold bow challenge.

Demon spawn has asked me two things:
1) Does he need his own account? @KickinNDishin will probably not approve.
2) Does his arrow need to actually stick in the target? That has yet to occur with the suction cup tips, and we don't really want to stick the Parasaurolophus since it is endangered.

Unplanned question from Dad (me...whewwww):
A) Do the suction cup tips count as a broadhead?

Looks like a he has amazing form no doubt the Parasaurolphus is lucky the suction cups are only dangerous to its pride.

Answer 1 unfortunately yes everyone entered into the challenge needs thier own account. Still a few days left to sweet talk mom into giving in to most wholesome social media on the internet.

Answer 2 yes they would need to stick but only long enough for a photo.
Pro tip I saw on the gram was to try more saliva.

For the bonus answer- Yes after fulfilling the requirements of 1&2 we will give suction cup arrow heads the additional bonus entry that broadheads receive.

They make little blow gun dart broadheads, they willfit thru the suction cups, into the arrow shafts.

Orajel is poisonous to birds/pigeons. You can use that on the darts to build up some pile pics for the gram.

I was thinking maybe some stick on Velcro on the animal and the cup. I'll test out a quilting needle maybe....

48 hours to go till we start the challenge

I installed new mods on the Matrix this morning. Those two I replaced had over 1,000 broadheads. $139 to replace that wear.

I’ve kept the 1-arrow-a-day routine and still in the vitals with the SEVRs.

Does the 150 start with your first arrow or does it take all 5 before it counts.

I can't shoot my first until tues and hope I'm not out before I can get started.
