2020 my whole family got moose!

Couldn't be happier with our results. The moose my wife shot was a proxy for her father. My daughters and mine were ours.

My daughter and wife both used a 18in 7mm-08 and heart punch both. They went 10yrds and dropped. The accuracy, low recoil, light weight, performance of this caliber has really impressed me over the last two years. I shoot a 18" 300wsm and im tempted to take to 7-08 every time.

Sent from my iPhone using i wish they were exciting stories but we road hunted them.... watching my daughter get her first animal was definitely the highlight of my year! She stayed perfectly calm and didn't shoot till she felt 100% comfortable. She put the first round in her and had another loaded before I could tell her to shoot again but there was no need. We both got to watch the cow drop and then the jumping up and down and yelling bagan lol. Fish and game aged her cow at 14yrs old!!
