How does Wyoming WIA access work?

I have read the rules and it states no motorized vehicles. I "ASSUME" that means even if a road/trail/2 track runs from a BLM through a WIA and back to BLM you can NOT drive your truck/vehicle on/through the WIA? From how I read the rules you can ride a Bicycle on WIA?

Is that correct?

Stay on roads, park at the parking areas if they are designated. I would not ride a bike off a road. Most, if not all of the wia signs state "foot traffic only".

Err on the side of caution and respect the land/owners since it's private property, would be my suggestion.

The individual maps for each WIA will show what roads can be driven on. As JWP58 said, foot traffic only beyond that unless otherwise stated in the individual rules for that WIA.

As mentioned by Rossi, each WIA and HMA may be different. Take a look at the description of each on the WG&F website.
