4 weeks post-surgery last Thursday. I'm still in a sling for another 2 weeks, but I've made it in for a few modified workouts over the last week. Also, got a 7-mile loop in yesterday packing binos and a tripod, trying to spot a blacktail buck for my buddy's daughter to shoot and fill my tag with on the mentored youth program.


Today's workout-
25 minute alternating EMOM:
-15 cal C2 bike
-10 alternating box step-ups 24"
-15 GHS sit-ups
-10 DB curls left arm only


Looking forward to getting out of this sling and starting PT here in a couple weeks.
 
Strength
Every minute, on the minute, for 15 minutes (3 sets of):
Station 1: 5-7 Strict Pull Ups
Station 2: 6-8 Tempo Stationary Dips @ 1111
Station 3: 20-30 Second Nose to Wall Handstand Hold
Station 4: 100 Foot Suitcase Carry (right)
Station 5: 100 Foot Suitcase Carry (left)

Conditioning
“Later Lats”
For time:

30 Pull-Ups
15 Squat Cleans @185
30 Pull-Ups

Goal = <8 minutes
Time = 12 minutes
 
Deer hunting w/ a buddy the last four days—43 miles and north of 6000' (w/ a pack); no meat thus far.

Need to take some stock out on Advil :ROFLMAO:
