4 weeks post-surgery last Thursday. I'm still in a sling for another 2 weeks, but I've made it in for a few modified workouts over the last week. Also, got a 7-mile loop in yesterday packing binos and a tripod, trying to spot a blacktail buck for my buddy's daughter to shoot and fill my tag with on the mentored youth program.


Today's workout-
25 minute alternating EMOM:
-15 cal C2 bike
-10 alternating box step-ups 24"
-15 GHS sit-ups
-10 DB curls left arm only


Looking forward to getting out of this sling and starting PT here in a couple weeks.
