7 miles (1200') with Tiny Elvis; brought my snowshoes but the trail looked beat down enough to use just spikes; could of used the shoes for about a mile where I go off trail to close the loop, but juice wasn't worth the squeeze. Ended my week long ski/snowshoe streak—hopefully more snow on it's way!
Chest and Tris today. 47 floors on the stair master. 20 min sauna and 1 minute cold plunge in the outdoor pool. It was very cold might do some more minutes in my cold plunge later.
