Extended the ski loop to 7 miles, more climbing BUT it gives me almost 1.5 miles of downhill—kick and glide, kick and glide :D

6 miles (1200') on snowshoes with Tiny Elvis. I toyed with the idea of bringing my x-country skis, but decided against it due to a couple of steep sections and my lack of proficiency in going downhill with the skis. I definitely made the right choice, in addition to the steep sections there were a number of south facing sections that exposed a fair amount of rock. That exposed rock could have easily ruined my day, my skis or both :D
 
Short and steep 2750vert in 3.5mi with 30lbs. Got the incline in 94min while keeping my HR low.

Followed with a lift with my vest on and heavy logger chains on each side of bar.

Squats/Calf Raises- 45/95/135/185/225 x 5
Pull Up- x 7
Took vest off after last set and did 28 Pull Ups and 75sec Deadhang

Wake up at 0330 tomorrow to head to one of the most miserable places in MT for a wrestling tournament. Forecasted winds are “only” 40
