Work and family commitments have made it tough getting in the gym the past few days for as long as I’d like

Yesterday:

4x5 axle bar RDL
2x10 banded KB swings
10 min farms carry with 70# vest and one 53# carry. Switch hands as needed

Tonight:

5x5 axle bar press
5x5 weighted pull ups

Off the map for a few days. Have a good weekend fellas.
