Well it got to a little above 0 so said f' it and hit the trails, 4 miles (600') with Tiny Elvis- I knew better, but went w/o snowshoes.

What if you have 10’ of snow, and the high temperatures are just under -20°F? I’m just wondering if I made the right choice by going to the gym today instead.

Today I switched things up, and just started the MT Sandbag 20 workout. It makes you work for sure!! I've always liked their workouts and looks like this one will be awesome too. I'm off today, so I'm headed to scout around and try to find a new hunting spot or two for next fall so I'll get some steps in doing that.

Front Squat working of 1 RM:
*Set 1 – 3 reps @ 70%
*Set 2 – 2 reps @ 75%
*Set 3 – 1 rep @ 80%
*Set 4 – 1 rep @ 85%
*Set 5 – 3 reps @ 80%

Conditioning
12 Min AMRAP:
40 Dubs
10 Bar Facing Burpees
10 Front Squat @135

Bonus fitness: spent about 3 hours running the chainsaw clearing downed trees and brush on my 15 acres
