I don’t pull muscles very often, did today though. Lifted super light and mostly tried to stretch out. No weights for a few days.

4 set warm up circuit
Squats/Calf Raise- 45/95/135/185 x 20/20/20/10
Plyos(jump squat/box jump/scissor lunge)- x 5ea

2 sets
Hack Squat- 135 x 8
DB walking Lunge- 35s x 12ea

. We’re in the middle of a very wet closed low system. W MT is as green as it gets.

I'm sure hoping this buys us some time this summer, espeically with us losing our snow pack so quickly. Watched a show a couple of years ago and while there are many factors that influence how a fire season is going to play out, they said the strongest predictor is June precipitation (or lack there of)- and we're doing very good so far!
