Ugh :( I just can't do it, if it gets to 75 I'm whining like a baby! I'll get up at 3:45 AM if I have to just to beat the heat :)
We moved down here from MI ten years ago and the heat never bothered me . But since I had Covid it kicks my butt . I'm ready to move west , but the wife says NO , so I'm stuck here . She wants to work five more years , after that maybe .

Sadly it’s getting too hot even Montana; 30-40 years ago it wasn’t common to hit 90 degrees. No one had air conditioning. Now…. we get a lot of 90’s :(

I’ve been looking at moving to Juneau- their highs have been in the 40’s for the last three months :D Don’t think my wife is going to approve that move though.

Spent all weekend ripping up carpet in 3 rooms of our families old home place to uncover and clean the original virgin longleaf heart pine floors that were installed in 1934. Got those done and still have 2 more to go. That was enough of a workout.
I’m not 30 anymore.
Let’s not ever let our beautiful brides meet. Too many good ideas would spawn. My trophy wife of several decades likes me to move huge flagstone rocks around our property every time I have a “day off”.

First daylight I did my usual 700vert hike with 35lbs followed with a light lift. I pulled my lower lat last week and it’s loosening up finally.

Agreed. I had to move antique wood furniture after that project. That just sounds heavy.
