I took a new position a while back, so I’m working out at a different facility often. No frills, but it has everything. The guys in that unit are gone a lot, so I kind of have the run of the place. Sucks wearing shoes when I lift though!
 
Just want to say how much I’m enjoying participating in this thread. As a guy who works out alone in his garage gym, this thread has given me a little bit of the camaraderie that has been missing, and it’s inspiring to see the workouts you all are putting in!
The regulars on here have similarities and differences. A lot of diversity. You can glean things from different people. Nobody pushes “their” program as gospel.
I was following a thread last week, but quit after some experts got into a urination competition. I laugh when a rookie, or a snookie, just found the 1 and only way to get into “elk shape”, or whatever bullshit term they use.

Agreed. One similarity I see is consistency. Most of the folks on here have made fitness a part of their lifestyle rather than trying to get in "mountain shape" in the 8 weeks leading up to their hunt. Judging from everyone's hunting season posts, it seems to pay off.

Station 1 –Barbell/DB Glute Bridge x 6-7 reps
Station 2 – Slider Hamstring Curls x 10-12 reps
Station 3 – L Sit accumulate 45 - 60 seconds
Station 4 – Supinated-Grip Bent-Over Barbell or DB Rows x 6-8 reps
Used 135# BB for glute bridges and rows

Conditioning
For max reps: (35)
4 Minutes of Dumbbell Box Step-Overs
(I used 2- 50# DB’s)

Rest 60 seconds, and then…

For max calories: (rowed-72 cals)
4 Minutes of Rowing OR 4 Minutes of Burpees to a Target that's out of reach
