well we successfully able to bag all five peaks we set out to do- started in headlamps and finished in headlamps, 28 miles and 8300' of gain over some really rugged country- lots of off trail, lots of bouldering, lots of blowdown to get over/under/around

got up this morning (sore and stiff) and got two pretty easy miles in with my wife and Tiny Elvis; have been eating non-stop since I got up! :D

Yesterday morning was a 2.5 mile hike before church with maybe 300' of gain.

Yesterday afternoon was 5 rounds with 50# pack

10 narrow stance squats
10 wide stance squats
20 reps flutter kicks sitting on box
20 box step ups
20 reps leg extensions from box

Then 15 reps up and down 3 flights of stairs.

Is this in Montana? What peaks? Was it done in one day?
