What is your 500 meter row in that sort of work out where it is a sprint? Just curious how bad I suck at rowing.12 Minute Alternating EMOM:
-6 deadlifts @ 75%
-12 alternating bulgarian split squats
For time:
400m run
1:00 rest
500m row
1:00 rest
400m run
1:00 rest
500m row
1:00 rest, then
8 tabata rounds alternating between:
-Push up plank
-hollow body holds
I was about a 1:35-1:40 pace average between the 2 rds. I'm not the best rower by any means, I'm too short for that.What is your 500 meter row in that sort of work out where it is a sprint? Just curious how bad I suck at rowing.
Is it not considered proper etiquette to post results on here? On one hand I think it's cool not to (there's no pressure or dishonesty) but at the same time I'd like to see where I'm coming in at.5 rounds for time:

2 d-ball over shoulder (100 lbs)
20 sit-ups (GHD rds 1, 3, 5 / ab-mat rds 2 & 4)
2 d-ball over shoulder (100 lbs)

I don't know...I can see your point. At the same time, I tend towards no just because we're all at different levels of age, ability, strength, and conditioning.
