I don't know...I can see your point. At the same time, I tend towards no just because we're all at different levels of age, ability, strength, and conditioning. The comparison game can get out of hand really quick, no matter which end of it you're on.
Agree with your point but at the same time I think it’s good to see like minded sportsmen having some sort of accountability and getting 1% better everyday. This isn’t a bodybuilding or powerlifting thread but it’s good to see results from others who put it the work to prepare for whatever activity your getting ready for or staying active for life.

up early with Tiny Elvis for 3 miles and 500', smokey as hell (literally :D)- we might be catching a break in the weather after today (mid 90's today) with temps in the 60's and 70's and some much need moisture- lets hope the weathermen get it right!
