made it out of Rainier alive :) four days, 99 miles and just shy of 30,000' of gain- had some smoke/hazy conditions to contend with a few days, but still a great trip!

Started the 75 Hard challenge today....

1st work out: 5-Min rest between sets, 5-Min time

200 M Walking Lunges

Max Assault bike

100 M Walking Lunges

Max Assault Bike

50 M Walking lunges

Max Bike

Will run tonight for #2 outside work out.

Tiny Elvis and I got a good hill workout this evening; 4 miles and a steep climb (followed by a nice 2 mile down hill :))

5-10: 8 box jumps, 8 toes to bar
10-15: 10 one arm DB clean and jerk 50#, 10 abmat sit ups
15-20: back step goblet lunges 52#, 10 KBS 52#

You are a bit of a hammer if you can finish that. I didn't even come close.
