14kg kb tricep extensions and waiters walk, starting at 7 reps, then walk 40 yes, 6 reps, etc.

Treadmill so I sont melt in the texas sun.
 
strength train, recovery week Wendler- the weights are lower, but I've found leaving the weight "in the hole" for a full two second count, makes for a much tougher lift than the weight would indicate
