Back from 5 days of bear hunting. Glassed up a decent number of them, but I never had a shooter bear in range. It was still an awesome trip. Saw some amazing country, glassed up a ton of elk and deer, and put some miles on my boots. Got in around 55 miles in the 5 days. The weather was kind of crazy, had 2 days that were pretty much a wash including a day of heavy winds, sleet and snow. Some of the country I was planning on hunting is still blocked by snow drifts on the roads. Only had 1 tick get on me though so that was awesome.

spending the 3 day weekend replacing the railing on back deck and once again trying to dodge tornadoes.
 
Family PT with the wife and youngest. Hiked 700vert with 30lbs then a quick lift.

Squat/Calf Raise- 45/95/135/185 x 10
Bench- 45/95/135/185 x 20/20/20/10
EZ Bar Curl- 35/45/55/65 x 10

Bench- doubles from 205/215/225/235/245/255, then straight to a drop set at 225/205/185/135

Did 4 sets of hanging knee raises, leg raises, etc.
