Well done sir!Just got back gentlemen. Starting last weekend averaged approximately 9.5 miles and 2200' a day for five straight. Finally paid off on the final evening. training paid off and appreciate the motivation this forum provides. Taking a few days to relax and enjoy!

Been a 5+ years since I've done Fran, I can still go unbroken but quite a bit slower than I used to be. Still one of the more painful workouts out there.
