Low key weekend around the place, processing my buck and my oldest son's buck from last week, as well as working on the euro mount of my buck.

10 minute alternating EMOM:
-2R/2L RDL's
-5R/5L single leg glute bridges w/ pause

3 minutes work/1:30 rest for 3 rounds
-50 double-unders
-15 deadlifts @ 50%
-20 pull-ups
-max cal row/ski/bike (different machine each round)
 
Strength
3 sets of tempo bench press x 10 reps @21x1. Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.

Conditioning
4 RFT
400m run
10 single arm DB push press Rt*
10 single arm DB push press Lt*
Row 15 cals
* For the Single-Arm Dumbbell Push Press, hold two dumbbells in the front racked position, then perform 10 reps with one arm while holding the other DB in the front racked position

Just got back gentlemen. Starting last weekend averaged approximately 9.5 miles and 2200' a day for five straight. Finally paid off on the final evening. training paid off and appreciate the motivation this forum provides. Taking a few days to relax and enjoy!
