Good luck in the turkey woods tomorrow @Cant hit em ! I have some awesome memories with my boys chasing turkeys. Post some pics when she kills one!

Every 2:30 for 5 rounds:
-4 clean grip deadlifts
-3 hang cleans
-2 split jerks
Build to a heavy set

For time:
-30 cal echo bike
-10 burpee box jump overs
- 20 cal row
-10 burpee box jump overs
-30 cal ski
-10 burpee box jump overs

Sat on my couch after a long week…. Only was able to workout Monday so far so I was going to just put off another day till tomorrow…. Saw this thread and went and ran 2 miles.

Thanks for a little motivation.

Will do @TripleJ shes killed a couple and its always awesome , especially when theres no phone service and we get to talk all day. Side not shes 15 and getting behind the wheel for the first time tomorrow.

Best of luck to everyone hitting the woods next weekend! I plan on scouting tomorrow afternoon, had a ton of rain so there should be tracks to be found.

Warmup. 30 seconds each, then 30 second break before switching, for 6 rounds no other breaks

Left hand KB clean and squat
Right hand KB clean and squat
Deadlift jumps
Left hand snatch
Right hand snatch
Squat jumps

1.5 mile casual walk

5 miles with my wife, my daughters family and Tiny Elvis; 37 miles for the week

packed up and heading out tomorrow am, pack is a little over 32 lbs with 6 days of food (10#), 2.5 liters of water (5#), avy shovel, micro spikes, snowshoe tails and a bunch of other little things that are winter only items- not too bad.
