Had a weird week, in limbo between gyms and seems like i had something to do every day.

Friday
Warmup, then 3 rounds of below
Curl press x5
Alternative from top OHP x5
Alternative from bottom OHP x5
Hammer curls x5
Cross body curls x10
Flat bench with a twist at top x10
Pullups x10

3x10 log press (this was fun)

Made it out yesterday alive, a day later than planned. My most arduous trip, amongst a bunch of arduous trips! :D

101 miles- about 80 of those on snowshoes. My wife says there is a bruise, cut, scrape on every limb- my hands hurt from death gripping trekking poles for a week straight. I've got something in my ankle I'm hoping isn't too serious. Started feeling it on day four, but it was too late to bail at that point, so had to keep going (we hiked until midnight one night). Got bad enough I was limping (on snowshoes) that last three miles.

But I live!

Sounds pretty epic @mtwarden !. Hope all your bumps and bruises are short term only. That's some serious milage you put on!
