20 minutes on the bike, 5ish miles. Did the kilimanjaro hill lol. Trying to save my back a bit after deadlifts yesterday
7 miles for Tiny E and I this morning; we pushed the pace pretty hard on this outing- a minute or two under two hours (that's walking ) and it was definitely not flat!

I'd scale back the wall balls if I do that one again. I never made it on the bike or the rower. Did it with a girl that qualified for Regionals this year and she barely got on the bike and never got to the rower. Worse than it looked.
Well took my dog on a run... but she gave up bout half way. So had to carry my 50lb lab a ways before she would atleast walk with me. 3 miles in total.
