I’ve added the 10/9/8....,./1’s to my Wendler workouts, make it my week 4 (and move the recovery week to week 5)- they are a butt kicker!

we had 50 degrees today, the first 50 in probably five months, which made for soft snow and tough going- 4 miles for Tiny Elvis and myself
