My score was 170, I got 5 squat cleans at 185. This is definately a toes 2 bar workout and I'm not very efficient with them.

-3 for our high today- a warming trend! :D

6 miles of hills on the dreadmill- worked slowly up to 15 incline and then would go back and forth between 1 (running) for two tenths and 15 (crawling :D) for two tenths of a mile- pretty good hill workout

After a week without power at the house we finally got it back yesterday morning so that's a giant plus. It felt like having a second job keeping everything going around the house.

I re-did 19.2 this morning with the goal of making it to the 3rd round. I barely missed the 13th clean @ 185# with 7:55 on the clock, so I got about as close as I could to my goal without quite reaching it. 177 reps
