I am really liking the 531. Halfway through cycle 5 now. Still smoking the plus sets!Wendler week 13 squats 5/5/5+, bench 5/5/5+, pullups 3x12, dips 3x35, core- I'm still getting the required reps, but the days of really smoking the "+" reps are dwindling quickly
