Whole Roasted Venison Shoulder

I just put a front shoulder in crock pot. I’ll make a stew out of that. Then I have 2 hinds worth of taco meat to cook tonight. I will be freeze drying most of a deer.
 
Definitely will try that Senegalese recipe next time. I use a porcelain/cast iron crock in the oven for all my shanks and shoulders and any other braising.
