Whole Roasted Venison Shoulder

Got a few whitetail shoulders last weekend and I’m definitely excited to give this a try!

One with my 300 BLK and another with the 22 Creed.

Just did a neck in the slow cooker with just a jar of Birria and made tacos and it was great.

A whole shoulder done Barbacoa style is good too.

Not to hijack to another species, but I did a barbacoa with a bone-in shoulder from my bear this year and wow was that amazing!
