47 / 77 lbs on the new string and cables I just put on.

I'd like to try a bow with more pull... but not enough to pay for one.

56 at 67 lbs
Set it at 67 about 8 years ago and it just works so havent adjusted it since

It's a good idea to work in some rotator cuff exercises as you're working up your draw weight.

And LOTS of stretching exercises. Without a good ROM you'll tear yourself up

Thinking of getting a bow in the 50-60# weight for 3d and daily practice. I'll be able to shoot 340 or 400 spine arrows and I have a 31" draw so they'll still be fast. Should potentially save the arrows from destruction if I miss the target

51 yrs/ 60 lbs currently

Had left shoulder surgery in 2021.
I’m left handed but shoot right handed.
It’s back to 100%.

Debating whether to work up to 70 pounds or not. 60 lbs is certainly comfortable.

56/65-67lbs. I shoot about 500 arrows a month during the off season and more than double that amount from August-November.
