33 years. 45 lb draw for now (recovering shoulder surgery). Hoping to get back to my normal 70 lb draw. I still have all my strength I think but I will work up slowly.
37/70. Spent the majority of the last 10 years away from archery and hunting as a whole, and for me, lifting weights didn’t do much for draw weight, hold time, or steadying the weight of the bow at full draw. For me, that archery muscle set is something all its own, and the only way for me to effectively recreate it is to shoot a lot.
